Lanier Security Group Inc. was founded in 2001 by Sandra Lanier, author of the successful book "Workplace Violence: Before, During and After". Sandra Lanier has facilitated hundreds of classes on occupational violence for businesses, professional development seminars, Chambers of Commerce and divisions of the National Safety Council. Lanier Security Group Inc. offers your organization assistance in a variety of ways. We can assist in developing policies and procedures needed to deal with issues of internal and external sources of workplace violence as well as a host of other security related matters. We can provide security audits to determine the most effective use of your security budgeting dollars. Lanier Security Group Inc. also provides training tailored to the needs of your company. Programs can be anywhere from 1-8 hours and designed to meet the needs of all employees. Specialized management and supervisor training is also provided. In the event that your organization needs assistance in dealing with special cases, we can also provide the support you may need to reduce incidents of violence and costly legal cases. Member:
